The situation seems a bit unfair for a start the Dundee Utd Season ticket holders will get in for Free maybe the SPL or SFA have to make new rules with regard to a similar situation in the future.

You’re absolutely entitled to your opinion 9 titles.

It is fair to say though that if it was Celtic at Tannadice and it happened to you, you wouldn’t be best pleased.

Then again, its the rivalry that makes football so no one is saying you have to have sympathy for any other team in that position!

I have no sympathy Im afraid,for any other teams fans perhaps but not that lot,its just a wee bit of karma after the paltry fine their club got because of them in Romania,no sympathy at all and Dundee Utd cant control the weather.

Dannybhoy, a very fair point and probably more fans will enter the stadium without having had a drink than those that will.

However, it is an expense, we stated that some people may have to consider babysitting costs to allow them to go to the game. Not every fan will have that cost…some will.

It is a sad fact that some fans will be unable to go to a match without having a drink…and of course, it is a social gathering with their friends, you can see why some folk associate football with drink.

So yes, you’re right, if the expense of alcohol is going to leave you cutting it fine, it should be discounted from your thoughts, no problem with that and most fans would agree with you.

WeKnowSFA fully complies with the laws regarding alcohol within football stadiums and neither endorses or promotes drinking alcohol before a match.

Although some performances this season have certainly seen WeKnowSFA running to the bar post-game!

i think its a bit hard on the Rangers fans as well but your wrong when you say they have extra expense with regard to buying alcohol nobody forces you to buy alcohol & if a fan cannot attend a game without buying alcohol before hand then he/she has a problem.
