Rangers looking like Champions League finalists
Well, their possible new away kit is at least

You know what the internet is like, it doesn’t take too much to get everyone all in a tizzy and this weekend was just another case of people getting excited although they don’t know why.
Leaked photos of what is possibly Rangers new home and away kit gave the Teddy Bears something other than the league title presentation to talk about.
Much of the focus has been on the home kit, which looks slightly like a rugby top to us but the away top is probably more interesting. The red and white candycane look has been used by Rangers before in their Diadora wearing era. Many Rangers fans proudly got the name of Capucho on the back of their red and white striped kit to herald their new signing from Porto.
He caused some problems….although his most famous incident in Scotland probably came in Trash when he attempted to get jiggy jiggy with a young lady.
For us though, the red and white kit was drawing comparisons with the new Bayern Munich strip, which the German club wore when being presented with their latest title. Bayern still have the German Cup and Champions League final to look forward to this season so you may be seeing more of that strip in the next few weeks.
The comparison to one team from Munich is one thing but most Rangers fans will be relieved to see the similarities lie with Bayern Munich and not 1860 Munich.
It has to be said, of all the bad football strips there have been throughout the years, is this strip possibly the worst ever?
Still, as terrible as that strip is, Rangers fans will prefer it to the reversible kit that lies within this top.
No self respecting Rangers fan would approve of a kit with green and gold stripes would they?

Isn’t it based on an old Rotherham strip from the 70′s?
