Hibs being given every chance to break Scottish cup hoodoo
Favourable draw again for Easter Road club

Hibs got their Scottish Cup campaign off to a good start yesterday but playing a Junior side at home was always going to one of the easiest ties they club could get.
That said, the opposition still has to be defeated and a professional performance, as well as a strong side, managed to triumph 3-0 to get their tilt at the Cup off to a good start.
A home tie is always welcome and a game against Edinburgh City or Montrose should see Hibs looking to get to the next round again.
John Hughes will treat this tie with a high level of professionalism and you can expect to see another full strength home side at Easter Road.
If Hibs face Edinburgh City, it will be a romantic tie and yet another game versus non-league opposition.
You may just get Hibs fans believing their name is on the Cup this season.
The draw for the Fifth Round of the Active Nation Scottish Cup is as follows:
Dunfermline v Morton or Celtic
Hibernian v Edinburgh City or Montrose
Forfar or St Johnstone v Dundee Utd
Livingston or Dundee v Ayr Utd or Brechin or
Raith Rovers or Airdrie Utd v Aberdeen
Kilmarnock or Falkirk v Inverness or Motherwell
St Mirren v Rangers or Hamilton
Ross county or Inverurie Locos v Albion Rovers or East Stirlingshire

Probably be another 100 years before the Hibs win the Scottish Cup, don’t you know the establishment want the Rangers to win it this year.
Now Mr Fawkes, paranoia won’t get you anywhere…you’ve already been in trouble for railing against the establishment.
Sandy Clark for the BBC said it was a penalty and it wouldn’t be like him to be biased.
Hibs will have a chance this year but as you say, Rangers appear to be the team to beat in the Scottish Cup – luck will be required.
The only way Hibs will win the cup is if the final is @ Celtic Park!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
