We've only scored 3 goals in a match twice this season. On both occasions we've conceded: first 3 and then 1. The stats don't look good for that turnaround but hey our motto at Falkirk is Expect The Unexpected!

Say Killie win by a goal and Falkirk lose by a goal, the respective GDs are: -22 and -27.

So in that scenario, a 3 goal victory for Falkirk is surely not out of the equation? When everyone in the stadium knows that scenario, the nerves would be jangling if Falkirk opened the scoring. We wouldnt say a Falkirk loss and Killie win on Wednesday - makes it impossible - very difficult but not out of the question.

And thats hypothesizing about Killie winning at Pittodrie. Aberdeen are clearly rubbish at the moment but you may well see a reaction from them after Saturday's dismal showing. And of course, Falkirk have a chance of picking up something at home v St Johnstone. Will you be there on Wednesday night TBA?

Still a lot of relevant football to be played at the foot of the SPL.

If we lose and they win in midweek it is all but over as we'd need at least a 4 goal swing which just won't happen. We can't afford to look to the weekend yet we must get something on wednesday first.
